Today I thought I’d post a discussion that I had a few months ago about how parents can talk and positively influence their children’s views on difficult subjects such as premarital sex.

I thought I’d share a video to round out my blog series on The 10 Habits of Happy Mothers. Here is a very brief segment about HOPE and why I feel that it’s so very, very important.

When we choose to think more positively, we act more positively, we speak more positively. and ultimately, we feel better about life. The best place to start is to cultivate an attitude of gratefulness and appreciation. Give it a try. I promise happiness is right around the corner.
