Your blog is the only one I actually get excited about & know it’s a must read when I am flooded with emails. Looking forward to reading this book! Thanks for all you do for we mothers & our families.
I have to admit – when I saw the heading about mom’s being bullied I thought you were going to
comment on kids/young adults bullying their moms! I am mother of seven children ages 13-23 all but one living at home – the other one away at school. I think it is important for mom’s to know how to protect themselves when the home environment gets “verbally hostile” from the children. As other mother’s have shared with me – they would never have spoken to/ or treated their parents the way some of this generation is free to treat “bully” theirs. How sad and unfortunate – and equally as important that mother’s maintain their dignity; security; confidence; and joy in the midst of these difficult issues.
I am a new mom and just heard speak at the Downline Women’s Summit in Memphis. I was so encouraged and look forward to reading your books and your blog! What a great resource! I definitely feel strengthened as a mom and therefore you helped our family!
I first heard of you this past week on the family talk radio. I loved what u said and it made me feel like you were speaking directly to me and what i am going through with my son
