Recent Radio Interviews With Meg Meeker, M.D.

Today’s post is a bit different from what you usually see here.

Over the weekend, I did an on-air radio interview on Talk Radio One, and I wanted you to know about it.

I love doing radio interviews and am featured quite frequently on a variety of shows.

So, I’m listing here a few of my recent radio interviews—ones that I thought, perhaps, you had not heard. I hope you’ll take a few minutes and check out these radio programs.

    Hi Dr.Meeker,
I heard you speak on the radio one day while dropping off my daughter at preschool and I immediately went home and found your website. I am a stay at home mom of 4 (three girls and a boy) ages 2-9. I just want you to know how much I am BLESSED by your books and emails that come to my inbox from your blog. (my husband would also say that he is in turn blessed as well by my reading your work!) My life is full and I absolutely love being a mom, but it can be lonely and tiresome and at times I really am unsure of myself. When I heard your voice on the radio, I was immediately drawn to your assertiveness and your very practical wisdom that hit me exactly where I am as a mom. Many of the things that you talk about are pretty countercultural, which I would say is how my husband and I are trying to raise our kids, and it can get wearisome at times constantly coming up against how we decide to raise our kids! Your voice has been sticking in my head and has been so encouraging for me to “stay in the game” and to have that positive attitude that God entrusted these kids to us for a reason and we can do it. Thank you for all of your hard work and putting out all of these awesome resources to parents. They have been life giving to us!!!
