Video: Hope is a decision
I thought I’d share a video to round out my blog series on The 10 Habits of Happy Mothers. Here is a very brief segment about HOPE and why I feel that it’s so very, very important.
Excerpt:
Many of us mothers get stuck: worrying about what’s going wrong or what has gone wrong. We get bogged down living negatively. How do we change this? We start by shifting our mindset from constant negativity to more positive thinking.
When we choose to think more positively, we act more positively, we speak more positively. and ultimately, we feel better about life. The best place to start is to cultivate an attitude of gratefulness and appreciation. Give it a try. I promise happiness is right around the corner.

Good message, just started my morning off with this. thank you
Thank you for this message. Sometimes I stream into the negative energy for such a long time that it almost feels uncomfortable to make it to the positive. But it is doable to stream into the positive aisle. For me, it can take a quick phone call to check on a loved one and compliment them in a special way.
